Multi-Function Transistor (MFT) is a custom IC in which the circuit is constructed by combining devices such as transistors, resistors, and capacitors to serve the function. We prepare a core chip (semi-finished product) on which transistors and resistors are set up in advance. Then depending on the customer's circuit, we will install aluminum wiring to complete the chip. After that, we will assemble the product to finish it to meet the customer's specification.
